RESERVACIONES Y DEPÓSITOS
Para reservaciones favor de llenar el Formato de Contacto.
Se requiere un depósito de 2 noches para poder confirmar la reservación.
PAGOS
Se requiere pago total 15 días antes de su llegada.
Aceptamos efectivo o depósito en cuenta mexicana o estadounidense.
POLÍTICAS PARA CANCELACIONES, CAMBIOS DE FECHA O REDUCCIÓN DE SU ESTANCIA
Agradecemos evitar cargos cancelando mínimo con 15 días de anticipación por escrito y/o vía telefónica.
A continuación le otorgamos una clave para
evitar cargos.
Dentro de los 14 días previos a su llegada aplican los siguientes cargos:

se cobrará el 25% del valor total de la renta.

De 9 a 5 días antes de la fecha de entrada
se cobrará el 50% del valor total de la renta.

De 4 a 1 días antes de la fecha de entrada
se cobrará el 75% del valor total de la renta.

el 100% del valor total de la renta. |
REEMBOLSOS
En caso de cualquier reembolso, éste se devolverá 72 hrs. posteriores a la fecha de solicitud del mismo.

We accept cash or deposit in a Mexican or U.S. bank account.
CANCELLATION, DATE-CHANGE OR REDUCTION POLICIES
Please avoid charges by canceling or modifying your reservation with a minimum of 15 days in advance in writing and/or via telephone.
Below please find our cancellation charges.
Within the 14 days prior to your arrival, the following charges apply:

REFUNDS
In case of any refund, the amount will be returned 72 hrs. after the request is made.
